Public Enemy Coffee Roasters was born in regional NSW around two unlikely partners: a galah with too many ideas and a roo who somehow makes them work.
We roast seriously good coffee without all the self-important theatre that usually comes with it.
No elaborate origin story. No polished nonsense. Just coffee with plenty of character.

He brings the noise, the confidence and the next questionable idea, whether anyone asked for it or not.
The Galah trusts his instincts, backs himself completely and rarely lets the absence of a proper plan slow him down.

FEW WORDS. STEADY HANDS. NO DRAMA.
Roo is the one who says less and notices more. While Galah is halfway through his third big idea, Roo has already worked out which one might actually work.
He keeps the wheels turning, the coffee moving and the chaos just organised enough to look intentional. Calm under pressure, difficult to impress and annoyingly often right.
Every operation needs someone who can take a wild idea and make it real. Roo is that someone. He does not chase attention. He just gets the job done.

Public Enemy Coffee Roasters is an independent coffee brand roasted in regional NSW by an established working roastery with years of experience supplying homes, workplaces, cafés and businesses across Australia.
Behind the Galah, the Roo and the questionable decision-making is a real team roasting, tasting, packing and dispatching coffee every week.
We work with quality green coffee, develop blends with a clear purpose and roast each coffee to bring out the balance, body and flavour we actually want in the cup.
Every batch is monitored, checked and tasted before it earns the Public Enemy name.
Public Enemy was created because good coffee does not need to be sterile, over-polished or wrapped in the same tired language as every other coffee brand.
It can be serious without taking itself too seriously. It can be properly roasted, carefully made and still have a bit of personality.
Whether it is heading to a kitchen bench, an office coffee machine or a café grinder, the standard stays the same.
