LOCAL MENACE. SERIOUS COFFEE.
Hooligan is the brighter, louder and considerably less supervised side of Public Enemy Coffee Roasters.
Behind the questionable behaviour is a serious coffee blend: rich, sweet and creamy, with plenty of milk chocolate, caramel and toasted hazelnut. A gentle stone-fruit sweetness adds lift without turning the cup sharp, floral or overly complicated.
This is coffee for people who want richness and body rather than a tasting lecture. It is smooth, generous and easy to drink, with enough character to leave a proper impression.
WHAT DOES HOOLIGAN TASTE LIKE?
Milk chocolate, caramel, toasted hazelnut and ripe stone fruit.
The first impression is rich chocolate and molasses. As the coffee opens up, the baked plum adds a round, juicy sweetness, followed by warm toasted pecan.
The finish is long and sweet, with lingering chocolate and a subtle stone fruit note. Nothing sharp. Nothing thin. Nothing that disappears before you have put the cup down.
COFFEE PROFILE

WHO IS HOOLIGAN FOR?
Hooligan is for coffee drinkers who prefer a richer, chocolate-led cup over bright citrus, delicate florals or highly acidic coffee.
It suits anyone looking for a smooth Australian coffee blend with a heavy body, plenty of sweetness and flavours that are easy to recognise. No flavour wheel required.
It is confident without being harsh, sweet without becoming soft, and interesting without trying too hard to prove it.
SMOOTH, CREAMY AND POORLY SUPERVISED
The low acidity keeps Hooligan rounded and approachable, while its creamy, syrupy body gives every cup a satisfying weight.
The subtle stone-fruit sweetness shouldn't be mistaken for a bright or sour fruit note. Think ripe peach rather than grapefruit. It lifts the blend without distracting from the chocolate, caramel and nutty character that makes Hooligan so easy to enjoy.
The result is a full-flavoured coffee with enough personality to stand out, but none of the unnecessary theatre.
THE BLEND
Hooligan brings together three coffees chosen for one reason: to create a blend that's consistently sweet, smooth and ridiculously drinkable.
Brazil Natural provides the rich chocolate, caramel and creamy body that forms the foundation of the blend.
Nicaragua Los Minos SHG adds sweetness, balance and clarity, helping everything work together without demanding attention.
Tanzanian AA contributes a gentle stone-fruit sweetness and just enough brightness to keep the cup lively while maintaining Hooligan's smooth, chocolate-forward profile.
ROASTED IN REGIONAL NSW
Hooligan is roasted by Public Enemy Coffee Roasters in Dubbo, New South Wales.
We are an independent Australian coffee brand built around serious coffee, original characters and a healthy disregard for polished corporate nonsense.
The Galah supplies the bad ideas. The Roo makes sure the coffee still gets roasted properly.
THE SHORT VERSION
